We’re looking for a creative and organized Event Manager to help bring our café’s mission to life through thoughtful, community-driven events. From seasonal farm dinners to private gatherings and local collaborations, you’ll be the point person for planning, coordinating, and executing events that reflect our values: sustainability, connection, and good food.

This position’s main location would be at our cafe in Hydeville, VT, with events being held locally and at our farm in Hubbardton. Some remote work may be availalbe for the right candidate.

Compensation based on experience and includes a base salary + commission. Full Time / Part Time availability.

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Front Counter Staff at our cozy and busy café. As a member of our front-of-house team, you’ll be the face of our café, helping create a welcoming environment for every guest.

You’ll also help to bus tables, and prepare light food such as bagels, serve pastries, and prepare cold drinks.
