First Morning Movement

Start your day with intention and community. Join us on the lawn for a gentle, all levels yoga session led by Laura from Sol-Luna Yoga. Surrounded by nature, this morning mindfulness practice is designed to ground your body and calm your mind.
After yoga, gather with fellow participants in the cafe to enjoy light refreshments, warm drinks, and good company. It’s the perfect way to ease into your day - nourished, connected, and refreshed.
